Why have you asked me for additional verification documents for my deposit or withdrawal?

For deposits, as part of MAS guidelines, we may have to reach out to ascertain your source of funds.

Unlike the banks, who may have your transaction and salary details, the verified documents we have from you are only your identity and address proof documents.

For withdrawals, if it has been flagged in our system, we may have to reach out to you for your proof of bank account ownership.
