Introducing Hamilton Lane

A leading private markets asset manager

Managed by Hamilton Lane with over $900 billion in assets under management (AUM).

Backed by decades of experience, Hamilton Lane’s senior credit strategy has consistently delivered strong performance in direct credit investments.

A high-yield alternative to traditional investments

Private Credit involves lending to private companies, offering stable, predictable returns while targeting lower volatility than public markets.

What is Private Credit?

It's a type of debt financing provided by non-bank lenders. Unlike public bonds, it isn’t traded on the open market—and that’s what makes it special.

Top of the repayment structure

These loans can be structured as first lien and Senior Secured Private Credit—meaning they’re first in line to be repaid—helping to manage risk while providing consistent returns.

An asset class with growing opportunities

There’s now more wealth than ever to capture in the global private credit markets: BlackRock estimates it could reach US$3.5 trillion in AUM by year-end 2028 (as of March 2023).
