Francis has been the Chairman and CEO of Asia Capital and Advisors (ACA) since its formation in 2012. From 2003 to 2011 Francis was the CEO of Fullerton Financial Holdings (FFH), the financial services subsidiary of Temasek Holdings. Prior to FFH, Francis spent 28 years at Citibank, where he ran businesses around the world, and in 1996, led the development of the “Commercial Bank” across Emerging Markets globally.
Annie has a variety of other roles and responsibilities outside of SMU, including being a board member and an audit committee member for the Central Provident Fund Singapore, chairing the Asian Bond Fund 2 Supervisory Committee of the Monetary Authority of Singapore, chairing the World Economic Forum Global Agenda Council for Southeast Asia, and being an independent director in a few funds and family businesses.
Massimo teaches international finance, corporate finance, asset management, behavioural finance and governance at INSEAD. In addition, he has been a consultant with several companies on strategic issues related to governance and corporate financial and growth strategies, and has previously worked in the Bank of Italy. He earned an MBA from the Yale School of Management, an MA and a PhD in Financial Economics from Yale University, and is CPA and Auditor.
Hwee Hoon sits on the board of NTUC Income. She has more than a decade of experience as a Managing Director in C-suite positions at major US banks. She was the Regional Chief Operating Officer of Private Wealth Management Asia in Morgan Stanley from 2010 to 2016. She was also the CEO of Morgan Stanley Asia International Limited, Singapore Branch, and sat on the Board of Directors of Morgan Stanley Asia International Limited. Before Morgan Stanley, Hwee Hoon spent 12 years with JPMorgan Private Bank Asia. Her appointments included being the Asia Regional CFO from 2006 to 2010 and Asia Head of Risk Management from 1998 to 2006. She also sat on the Board of Directors of JPMorgan International Bank Limited (UK incorporated) and JPMorgan Securities Asia Private Limited. Hwee Hoon holds a Master of Finance degree from the Royal Melbourne Institute of Technology and an Honors degree in Bachelor of Accountancy from the National University of Singapore.
