When will my funds appear in my account?

We process deposits a few times every business day. If we receive your deposit by 5pm on a business day, you will receive an email confirming that we have received it by 5pm.

If we receive your deposit after 5pm, it will only be processed the following business day and you should receive an email confirming this by 5pm the following day. If you do not receive an email, you can reach out to us and we will investigate this for you.

If you made a deposit over the weekend, it will only be processed on Monday (or the first business day) by 5pm.

Please note that deposits sent from outside of Singapore and USD deposits may take longer due to extra verification required by regulations and a longer processing period respectively.
